Access and Success

The Latinx Summit theme is about Access and Success. The workshops will offer access to experts, practical techniques for implementation and proven roadmaps, all to bolster success for women, women of color and for the Latinx professional and entrepreneurial community in 2020.  This event is open to all individuals in support of diversifying the workforce and achieving pay parity.

We also have a scholarship application for anyone who needs financial assistance.

Workshop Format

Our programming will move beyond traditional panel discussions, as we will be offering workshops hosted at different venue- sponsored locations (2 consecutive workshops per venue) throughout New York City. Hosting partners and sponsors represent Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations and start-up tech businesses.

The Summit will close with a centralized Networking Reception for registered attendees at Cedric’s at The Shed at Hudson Yards
